While some data centers face the challenge of renovated buildings to fit their needs, we embraced the opportunity of creating a space prepared to sustain the business needs we were likely to face. SecureData 356’s building was fitted with proper power, network, cooling, raised floor and spacing needs to provide solutions to all business problems. Our floor space is flexible and configurable, and is built to suit a brand new client with the right spacing, caging, cooling and power.
In addition, SecureData 365 looks like a modern data center. You truly have to see our new headquarters to understand the advantages we provide to your business. Our building is less than a year old, it’s fresh and it’s modern, from the overhead cable trays to the cinderblock construction.
Our Data Center Security
SecureData 365 is also Secure. The data center is covered in security cameras, and has full system logging and biometrics to protect against any potential intrusion, physical or digital. We have experienced security experts on-site who will consult with your business to ensure we design your network to be as secure as possible for your business needs.
Our Data Center Process
Finally, our Process-based solutions make SecureData 365 the data center for your business needs, proving that we offer a pre-scripted model to standardization. SecureData 365 is working toward ITIL certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library—“the only consistent and comprehensive documentation for best practice for IT Service Management,” http://www.itil-officialsite.com/AboutITIL/WhatisITIL.asp), which helps ensure we’re consistent and auditable. ITIL shows SecureData 365 can prove to all clients that no one else will see their data.
SecureData 365 will also soon be SAS 70 compliant, as we have had an SAS 70 Type I audit, and are currently being audited for SAS 70 Type II certification. SAS 70 Type I certification shows the controls placed in our services. Type II certification will show that those controls have been tested successfully for effectiveness.
