Our team is composed of individuals with a wide-array of experience in the IT industry, including: security, networking, operations, project management, and account management. Our staff maintains various industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, SANS, MCSE, and SANS instructor.
General Manager - Michael Thomas
Mike's 30+ years of experience has included segments in multiple facets of IT for large Fortune 200 organizations. As the Director of IT Security for an insurance company, Mike led development and operations of the IT security and risk strategy function. He led efforts to build a secured e-commerce implementation for online sales, and pioneered the use of digital signatures on the net.
In Mike's role as Director of IT Security at a multi-national electronics manufacturer, he was responsible for worldwide IT Security strategies, audit processes, and risk. Mike has also served as a manufacturing systems manager and has held several financial management positions in the construction and manufacturing industry.
Mike is a member of ISC2, ISACA, and CIS, and is a Certified Information Security Manager ® (CISM®) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Chief Officer of Business Development - Cory Finding
Cory Finding is the Chief Officer of Business Development and joined SecureData 365 in 2009. He is responsible for sales, marketing and carrier relationships.
In his past endeavors, Cory has successfully created sales/customer service and marketing strategies including business development plans and NOC policies and procedures from ground up. Prior to joining SecureData 365, Mr. Finding has held various sales engineering and senior management positions in telecommunications, dotcoms and data center companies where he over-achieved and excelled as a top performer. He has over 12 years of experience.
Small Business Solutions Manager - Cindy McKinney
Cindy McKinney has been named Small Business Solutions Manager of SecureData 365, an advanced cloud-computing data center located in Canton, Ohio. Cindy has been a leader in the information technology field for more than 10 years. For the past five years, her concentration has been in financial IT, where she lead a business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) team to monitor and test BC/DR plans.
As an IT expert for credit unions, Cindy has pioneered projects in IT upgrades and integration of new systems. McKinney is also a seasoned project manager for C2 compliance, HIPPA (Health Insurance Probability and Accountability Act) compliance and National Credit Union Administration IT and security examinations.
Product and Client Support - Scott Woodbridge
Scott's 25 year career in IT has encompassed a variety of internal IT and customer-facing roles across a range of organizations and industries. His background includes 9 years of IT leadership and management within a Fortune 200 organization, with an emphasis on project management, infrastructure deployment and operations, and application development.
Prior roles have included over 15 years in technical sales, sales support, customer account management, and software configuration and installation. In these roles Scott has worked with clients in both the SMB and large enterprise markets, and across the manufacturing, distribution, and financial services industries.
Scott holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from Syracuse University, and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Sr. Data Center Engineer - Scott Devine
Scott's 12 year IT career has been spent at Fortune 200 firms with a strong focus on IT infrastructure technology and security. As a technology engineer, Scott was responsible for the design, deployment, and management of critical business servers, networking equipment and infrastructure.
In IT security, Scott's expertise includes identity management and provisioning, security vulnerability scanning, patch management, configuration management, computer forensics, Active Directory design, internet filtering, e-mail filtering, PCI compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Sr. Data Center Engineer - Michael Buckwell
Michael's career includes 7 years working in large enterprises on networking and security technology. Michael led development of an internal penetration testing team that conducted infrastructure and web application tests. As network security monitoring program manager, Michael worked to implement signature and heuristic based monitoring. Michael also has extensive experience with VPN infrastructure, technology deployments, automatic software distribution, system and network monitoring, and application security.
A SANS Local Mentor since 2007, Michael was awarded the "@Work Mentor of the Year"; he also holds both a GSEC and GAWN certifications from GIAC. Michael's formal education includes a BS in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and is working on his MS in Information Systems Management.
Operations and Facilities Manager - Laurin Kline
Laurin's 22 year IT career includes extensive experience in application development for large organizations. In addition he has worked in server, network and information security positions. Laurin also has 5+ years in all aspects of building management, including electrical, plumbing and maintenance.
Laurin is an active member in InfraGard, a joint association between the FBI and private sector to share information to guard the infrastructure of the United States. Laurin holds a BS in Computer and Information Science and a MBA.
